For D1 & D2


Arrival: After 4 pm - the alarm will be deactivated 15.55/3.55PM
Departure: Before 10 am - the alarm will be activated 10.05/10.05AM

The person responsible for hiring Casa Riviera del Sol must be at least 30 years. The person is responsible for Casa Rivera del Sol, and should be present throughout the rental period. 

Arrival 
When you arrive, there is linen on the beds. Before departure, you have to take this of, and lay it on the floor in front of the washing machine in the kitchen. 
Any defects or missing things, must be e-mailed to the owner of the house, no later than
24 hours after arrival.

The renter has to pay for any breakages, losses or damage to the property and to take good care of the property and leave all equipment and utensils in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday.
By possible damage to the equipment during your stay in the house, the owner has the right to keep part or all of the deposit. By injuries for more than the deposit, the guest will be charged an additional fee for the coverage of the damage.

Smoking 
It is under no circumstances allowed to smoke inside the apartment, regardless of the weather or season.

Shoes 
Please take off your shoes in the hallway as you enter.

Gate to stairs 
The gate to the stairs shall be kept locked at all times !! 

Trash 
Garbage and trash can be disposed in the container, standing down at the end of the stairs by parking. There are new garbage bags in the high closet next to the refrigerator. If you use the last bags, you have to buy a new package, so there are bags to the next who is renting the apartment. 

Electricity 
If there is a power failure, which can occur in Spain, the electricity relay is right next to the front door in the hallway. When you are in the house and uses it, all contacts must be flipped UP. 

Dishwasher 
Remember to rinse everything off before you put it into the dishwasher.
The manual for he dishwasher is in the closet beside the fridge.
It is important that you remember to start the dishwasher before leaving the house. If you don’t have time to empty it, it's okay - but remember to get it started before you check out, then it is finished when our cleaning lady comes. 
Dishwasher tablets, is in the kitchen cabinet under the sink. If you use the rest, you have to buy new for the next coming to the apartment.

Washing machine 
If you need to wash clothes while you're here, the washing machine is in the kitchen. 
Remember to empty pockets for everything before start the machine, just as you would do at home. 
If you use the rest of the soap, you have to buy new for the next coming to the apartment.

Dryer
Remember to be environmentally conscious and dry your clothes outside on the drying rack. Despite the season, cloth dries faster in Spain.
If you must use the dryer, remember it is a condense dryer, which means that the dryer is not hooked up to any drain that leads the water away. You’ll have to empty the water container after each drying round. The water container is located t the top of the dryer.
Please remember to empty the lint filter in the dryer door.

Stove 
The stove has ceramic hobs, and is switched on at the buttons on the stove. If food boils over and leave marks on the plates, there is a ceramic hob scraper in the drawer for the same purpose. 

Water 
We recommend to by the water.

Refrigerator
Remember to stock up on beverages in the fridge as listed on the fridge

Keys 
When you have checked out, the alarm will be switched on in the entire home, via remote control.
If you lose one or all keys while you live in the property, the locksmith is 100% at your expense, and the money will be deducted from the deposit.
Remeber the key when you go out. The door lockes when it is closed.
If the landlord has provided a code and informed that the key must be placed in the key box:
The key box is used on departure. Press X so the display lights up. Enter the code received from the landlord and the box will open. Hang the key on the hook and close the box. Check that the box is completely closed. REMEMBER to put the key in the box AFTER the gate is locked.
If the landlord has sent the key by post with a return envelope:
Put the keys in the envelope and sent it back to the landlord.

 

Manuals 
Manuals for all of the appliances in the house, is in the high closet, next to the refrigerator. Please put them back after use. 

Grill/Barbeque
If you wish to make use of the grill, there is a Weber gas grill on the terrace.
You can use it, provided that you buy new gas if you use the last. The gas purchased at local Repsol gas stations, and costs about 18-19€ - remember to take the empty gas cylinder with you for the exchange.
The grill MUST be cleaned 100%. Both grid and heads, and aluminum tray. It is not enough just to clean it with a grill brush, it should be cleaned with boiling water and soap. The grid shall be cleaned into the kitchen sink and may soaked with soap-tablets if necessary
Our cleaning lady is checking if the grill is cleaned after the above
If this is not okay, there will be deducted 60€ from the deposit, to the proper cleaning

Alarm 
The whole house is connected to alarm. 
When you arrive, we have turned off the alarm, and you do not have to think about turning it on or off while you live in the house. The alarm will be turned on again right after you have checked out. You must always remember to close all windows and scroll all the external blinds down, before you leave the house - even if it's just a short trip to the supermarket. 
If there is a break-in the house while you live there, and the blinds and the door was not properly closed and locked, we are NOT responsible for the stolen things. 
The box in the hallway is the alarm. Do not touch it, you can risk starting the alarm. 

Towels 
There are towels on the bed when you arrive.
There are also big bath/pool towels in the closet in room 1. These shall be used by the pool or at the beach.
When you check out, be sure to hang the wet bath/pool towels - and everything else wet, to dry. There is a drying rack in the house.
You have to wash the big bath/pool towels yourself. It is not included in the cleaning.
Wash them in good time before you check out, as they are large and require a large dry space.
If you forget to hang bath/pool towels, and other wet to dry, and as a result thereof, it gets damaged, the money will be deducted from your deposit

Air Conditioning 
There is air conditioning in all living rooms. The thermostat is on the wall in the hallway on the ground floor, and in the family room on the first floor.
The system heats and cools very fast, so it is not necessary to start it before you actually need it - it is also the most environmentally friendly.
To heat or cool down optimally, keep all doors and windows closed, otherwise it has no effect.
REMEMBER to turn off the aircon, and open the doors to vent well in the house , every day, so that it does not get humid

Private 
In the bedroom there is a closet with a sign "private". It is to our private things. 
The cabinet is connected to an external alarm that is always on, even when the alarm in the rest of the house is off. 
Please do not try to open the door because the alarm will starts. Please respect that this is our room.

Garden furniture / Sunbeds /Parasol
It is very important to take the cushions inside after every use, because the sun is very hard on the fabric! 
Before departure you have to put the chairs and cushions inside. The dining table can be outdoors. 
Remember to bring the sun-parasol inside after every use, and do not use it if it is windy weather.
You place the sun-parasol in the pipes on the terrace. We do not replace a damaged parasol.
The sun beds can be moved to the pool, but you have to move them back on the lower terrace before departure.
The sun beds may NOT be taken into the house/terrace!
The sunbeds is our private, so remember to take the cable lock to the pool and lock the beds after use, when you are here. Then you are sure that no one else is using the beds.
Before departure, they shall be stacked and locked with the cable lock on the lower terrace.
The key to the cable lock is in the cutlery drawer REMEMBER TO PUT IT BACK BEFORE DEPARTURE !!

Cleaning 
You have not paid for the cleanup, such as taking out the garbage, do the dishes, hang wet towels up, timber refrigerator etc. 
If you haven’t cleaned up when you leave the house, this will be done at your expense. We are Danes and is therefore Danish hourly wage. The money will be deducted from your deposit. 
There are cleaners, vacuum cleaner, bucket etc. in the high cabinet next to the refrigerator, and rags in the cabinet above the refrigerator.
If you use the rest, you have to buy new for the next coming to the apartment.
The booking document will state whether the cleaning is incl. in the rent you have paid og not.
If not, you have to leave the money for cleaning on departure.

TV 
There are both TV, Apple TV and stereo in the house. There is no TV channels installed. 

Wi-Fi 
There is wireless internet in the appartment.

If there is suddenly no internet connection, you must contact the provider:
Wifi-Blue - phone +34 952 47 77 33 - REMEMBER to state which internet
there are problems with.
Landlord can't restart the connection!

Noise 
Please think about our neighbors - because while you are on vacation and can sleep late every day, there are people who live permanently in the houses here, and they have to get up and work, even if you have vacation.
So no loud music or partying after 10 pm. If you want to party, we suggest you to go to Fuengirola, Marbella or Puerto Banus.
NOTE: It is easy to hear noise in the property. So pay attention to your neighbors when you empty the dishwasher or move the chairs on the terrace. The kitchen is located just off the neighbor's bedroom. Maybe your neighbor is sleeping for a long time .....

Parking 
We own two parkingspaces, no. 25 belongs to D1, and place no. 26 belongs to D2. which of course can be used freely in the period you have rented the house. The parkingspaces is just below the house. There is a barrier in both parking lots, and the key is together with the key to the home and the gate.
REMEMBER to raise the barrier when you drive - also when leaving.
There is also free parking on the street.
